PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to our online store. MalaysiaMusicSchool.com provides its services to you subject to the following conditions.  By purchasing products from the site, you agree to be bound by and accept the following terms and conditions.
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
All orders are not binding on MalaysiaMusicSchool.com unless and until we accept your order by way of an email confirming that we have received your order.

Export Restrictions
MalaysiaMusicSchool.com will deliver to addresses WITHIN MALAYSIA ONLY. Goods WILL NOT be shipped INTERNATIONALLY.

Accuracy
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when providing information about our products on this website. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, MalaysiaMusicSchool.com does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials on this site.

Pricing
You will be notified immediately if we discover an error in prices, or should an item you order not be available, or if, for some reason we are unable to despatch your order.
All prices are ex-works and exclude delivery cost, insurance and carriage, VAT and other taxes or duties. Such additional charges will be displayed in the “Total Cost”.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled by written notice at any time not later than 48 hours before the expected delivery time. Please note that MalaysiaMusicSchool.com reserves the right to charge customer a packing and handling charge of MYR50.00 for cancellation done within 48 hours prior to expected delivery time.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from MalaysiaMusicSchool.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Limited Warranty
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

MALAYSIAMUSICSCHOOL.COM PROVIDES NO SEPARATE WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MALAYSIAMUSICSCHOOL.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS REGARDING ANY PRODUCTS SOLD TO YOU, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

Warranty period on all string instruments we sell are one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any part(s) of the instrument as needed free of charge. This includes the bridge, sound-post, pegs, tuners, chinrest, but excluding strings. Adjustments such as string heights, other bridge adjustments, and sound post adjustment will also be made.

This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, misuse and normal wear and tear.

All costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the owner of the instrument.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
MalaysiaMusicSchool.com is committed to your satisfaction and we want you to be absolutely, fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore all our products come with a 10 day return policy. If an item you have purchased hasn’t met your expectation or turns out to be unsuitable, you can return the item for exchange, refund, repair or credit.

Please email info@malaysiamusicschool.com to request a refund and you will be requested to complete the Return Or Exchange Form and email back to us.

All returns must be authorized and approved by MalaysiaMusicSchool.com. Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt, and may be subject to a 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

The refund does not include any shipping and insurance cost, both the despatch and the return delivery fees.

All approved returns must be returned to us in the condition sent (with original packaging, with no signs of wear or abuse), along with our original invoice.

If the product is returned with damage or wear, a repair cost or depreciation will be deducted from your refund.

You are fully responsible for the damage or lost of the product during the return shipment back to MalaysiaMusicSchool.com, thus is advice to use insured registered shipping.

If you are not sure if the item you plan to purchase is returnable, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the event an insured instrument is delivered in damaged condition, you must inform us by email within 24 hours of receipt.


Payment Terms—Orders
Internet orders may be paid for using the following methods: PayPal, maybank GIRO transfer, cheques (upon clearance)or cash bank in. 


Shipping Charges—Taxes and Title
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, will be shipped within 7 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
